How to end an emotional affair
Emotional connections occur when a deep emotional attachment exists with someone outside your relationship and they occupy your thoughts night and day. This kind of affair where you share your secrets, your vows, and your intimate thoughts is a transfer of the intimate connection that you would normally have with your partner or spouse. It can start off quite innocently, at a time when you don’t feel comfortable with your current lover and decide to attract someone to play the role that you think your partner can’t. Yet even if you think it’s completely innocent at first, an emotional affair is also, if not more, difficult to end than a sex*al affair. Breaking the cycle is important if you realize that you need to end an emotional affair, in order to regain your partner’s confidence in you.
